Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel took a six-year break from her career after she earned her pro card to pursue the education. In 2015, she continued her journey from the previous year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show, she continued competing throughout her career and setting more ambitious goals every year. At the close of 2009, she won four more health titles. In 2009, she was her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take six years off from competition following her professional card's issuance in order to complete her university education. In October of 2015, she made a return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the contest. Summer of 2016, she won at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. A few months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage to take home the position of 6th within the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was more than happy of the result. Considering she was battling against top athletes. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel enjoys working her back. She usually does bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The first step is warming up before progressing to the sets she works on. Also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as is possible. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week one day being light weight day as well as the second days heavy weight.
